Jolca story

Now more than 50 years ago, back in 1961 when the Gutierrez family began its journey in the field of table olives. The result was the JOLCA brand.

This has been the brand that has given recognition to a company, and also products that have delighted the palate of many consumers, both in Spain and in countries around the world. Today in Spain, JOLCA is synonymous with quality and craftsmanship, for some, it is one of the leading companies in the sector of table olives.

Focused on giving the consumer quality products, operates in the purchase of raw materials to the farmer, through all phases requiring processes (cooked and fermentation, classified, pitting and stuffing, packaging) to give a final product with all the guarantees .

Located on the outskirts of the city of Seville, where the olive trees grow for centuries, its manufacturing facilities have always been very close to the production of table olives and to ensure the highest quality.

Over 20 years ago, the international expansion began. Today JOLCA products are present in more than 30 countries on five continents and continues to grow.


The Factory

After several relocations, the company has been providing better and larger facility that would allow the company to expand formats and products, as well as respond to the increased demands on food safety and quality from both the administration and their own customers.

Currently, the company has a modern factory, inaugurated in the year 2007 in the municipality of Huevar Aljarafe in Seville.

With a storage capacity of 8,000 tons. of seasoned olives, facilities and equipment allow you to process and pack flexible, can, or glass container in different sizes and formats.

Similarly, in its facilities are mainly processed the most recognized varieties in markets such as chamomile and Seville Seville gordal fine and accepted in other markets like verdial Huevar, hojiblanca and Arbequina.
